TEEN Mom 2 alum Kailyn Lowry has given an insight into her hardcore weekend workout complete with resistance bands and hip thrusts.
The mom of four, who gave birth to her youngest Creed in July, took to her Instagram Stories to detail the active start to her Saturday.
Kailyn, 28, could be doing seated squats pushing against a resistance band before lying on her back for weighted hip thrusts.
Her trainer could then be heard supporting her shouting: “Good! It’s supposed to feel like that!” as she worked her biceps straight after pulling on an overhead weight.
She then looked at a dumbbell and squealed: “I can’t lift that,” before she was met by the supportive PT stating: “Yes, you can!”
Kailyn finished off the intense class by running between a pair of cones for one last cardio blast.
