Gwen Stefani won a major victory over John Legend on Monday’s episode of The Voice when she snagged a teen singer for her team.

Carter Rubin, a 14-year-old contestant from Shoreham, Long Island, turned in a soaring version of Lewis Capaldi’s Before You Go that had Gwen, 51, and John, 43, quickly turning their chairs.

John seemed to have it in the bag, but Gwen turned Carter’s head with her own special charm.
